Shopify Tracking Agent is a private operational tool used by BBPOW to monitor order shipment and tracking information.

Google User Data

The application accesses Gmail using the read-only Gmail scope solely to identify shipment and tracking notifications related to customer orders.

The application does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Google user data is used only for order tracking and fulfillment operations.

Google user data is not sold, shared for advertising purposes, or used for unrelated purposes.

Access to Gmail data is limited to the minimum information required to identify shipment status, carrier information, and tracking numbers.

Data Security

Authentication credentials and tokens are stored securely and are not intentionally exposed to third parties.

Data Retention

The application retains only operational information necessary for order tracking and audit purposes. Email contents are not retained beyond what is necessary for processing.
